Covid-19 created new challenges in everyday work and personal life. We’ve all had to think of new ways of working and connecting with each other.

For all those returning to the office, there have been measures put in place to protect employees in the best possible way.

There are various of options to adapt the working environment - simply adding transparent hygienic protective screens between desks, walkways and meeting areas can help shield your employees. We also recommend using wall, free-standing and floor graphics to help guide visitors and employees through a space safely with distancing markers.

Previously our main goal when space planning was to focus on optimising the footprint whilst creating flexible collaboration and meeting spaces. Our new challenge is to rearrange and adapt office spaces to create a safe working environment and achieve the required 2m distance between people.

As seen in our drawings, we’ve created a full analysis of our client’s office, and put in place an effective strategy that will help make their office a safe place to return to.
