United Welsh is a not-for-profit organisation providing housing and related services to people in South Wales. They offer a range of homes including family houses, apartments and bungalows. The organisation currently manages over 3,600 properties across 11 local authorities.

In January 2010 D&G were awarded the contract to provide the complete office interior and office fit out for UWHA. The project included;  Project Management, Partitioning, Flooring, Kitchen, Folding Wall, Open Plan and Cellular Office Furniture and Boardroom and Break-Out Furniture.

D&G identified partitioning and furniture systems that provided solutions for two different areas. Bright colours were used to contrast against the White desking creating a vibrant working environment.
